Öz


            Özet: Üçüncü parti lojistik (3PL), firmanın lojistik faaliyetlerinin bir kısmını ya da tamamını dışarıdan yabancı firmalar tarafından yerine getirilmesini kapsamaktadır. Günümüzde küresel rekabet ortamında 3PL firmanın doğru olarak seçilmesi, işletmenin rekabet gücü üzerinde ciddi etki yapmaktadır.  Bu durumda; işletmeler için etkin ve uygulanabilir bir modelle en uygun 3PL firma seçimi çok önemli olmaktadır.

                Bu çalışmada bir işletme için en uygun 3PL firma seçimi karar modeli geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen modelde, nicel ve nitel verileri sürece katan ve sonucu etkileyen faktörler arasındaki bağımlılığı dikkate alan çok ölçütlü karar verme tekniklerinden olan analitik ağ süreci (AAS) yöntemi kullanılmıştır.

                Karar modelinin ağ yapısı ve kullanılan faktörler, uluslararası indeksli dergilerde, konferanslarda ve sempozyumlarda yayımlanan çalışmalar incelenerek ve sahasında uzman kişilerin görüşleri dikkate alınarak belirlenmiştir.  Önerilen model bir işletmede başarı ile uygulanmıştır.
