Öz


Abstract

An evaluation of the departments of the performance in instrument teaching at the departments of fine arts education:

Evaluations appear to be fruitless due to the limited number of the studies evalueting the process of gaining pyscho-motor behavior in musical instruction and inability to make objective measures because of measuring instruments not being used. This case brings with it the result that students' performances are not reflected in the evaluations on equal terms.

This study is intended to focus on the behaviour to give the students for instrumental instruction on the criteria form tried for this behaviour, and on the applicability of this form.

A survey method is used in the research

The following studies are included in this study;

1.Performance evaluation form to suggest in instrumental instruction.

2.Comparison with the previously mode studies and the suggested form; and suggestions for the aplication model.

3.The consistency of evaluation processes according to the form covering the students,  scholars and measuring techniques
