Özet: Bu çalismada; çipura (Sparus aurata) beslemede mannanoligosakkaritlerin kullanilabilmeimkani ve besin maddesi sindirimi üzerine etkileri arastinlmistir. Mannanoligosakkaritolarak, ekmek mayasinin (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) hücre duvarindan eldeedilen Bio-Mos® kullanilmistir. In,I1±13,19 g ortalama agirligindaki baliklar20.000±2io adet olacak sekilde 9 adet sekizgen agkafese stoklanmis ve her grup üç tekrarliolacak sekilde; 0/00 O,0/00 2 ve 0/00 4 oraninda Bio-Mos® katilarak hazirlanan yemlerlebeslenmistir. Deneme sonunda Bio-Mos®'un 0/00 2 oraninda kullanilabilecegi ve gruplararasinda; ham protein, ham yag, ham selüloz, ham karbonhidrat sindirimleri, agirlikartislari, yem dönüsüm oranlari ve ölüm oranlari bakimindan önemli fark bulunmustur(p<0,05).Anahtar kelimeler: Besleme, Yemlerne, Çipura (Sparus aurata), Bio-Mos®, Mannanoligosakkarit
Abstract: In this study, usage possibility of mannanoligosaccharide in gilthead sea bream(Sparus aurata) and its effects on digestibility of nutrients were investigated. BioMosderived from the cell wall of bread yearst was used as mannanoligosaccharide.Fish with in.ll ± i3. 19 g average weight were stocked to 9 octagonal cages each ofwhich was included 20,000 ±2io fish in three replicates. 00/00, 20/00 and 40/00 of Bio-Moswere added to fish feeds. At the end of the study it was found that Bio-Mos can be usedsuccessfully at 20/00 rate in feeds. Significant differences were observed between groupswith respect to crude protein, crude fat, crude cellulose, crude carbohydrate digestion,weight gains, feed conversation rate and mortalitiy rates (p<0.05).Keywords: Feeding, Gilthead, Sea Bream (Sparus aurata), Bio-Mos®, MannanoligosaccharidA15 (8) - 2<Xll1-8ISSN: 1307-3311
